How to download the Windows 11 BETA ISO

To install Windows 11 from a USB you will first need an ISO file. For this we will use a tool called UUP Dump. This tool grabs all the latest updates directly from the “Windows Update” servers and makes them available for anyone to install. Another cool feature is that it converts UUP (Unified Update Platform) packages into easy-to-install ISOs.

So you can download the beta version of Windows 11

Follow these steps:

  • First of all you should go to and Click on the “Downloads” tab at the top left.
  • The “Build” column has a list of builds with three variants: x64, x86, and arm64. The x64 build is for any AMD/Intel machine (our case). The «arm64» variant should only be used if your processor runs on «arm microarchitecture», such as Apple’s latest M1 processors. From this list choose the most recent build made for the PC you use.
  • Select the language you want from the drop-down menu and then click “Next”.
  • On the next screen you must select the edition of Windows 11 that you want to download. You can keep all editions checked if you want the option to try multiple editions without downloading each one separately. For this guide we will continue with the “Windows Pro” edition and uncheck the rest. Once done, click «Next».
  • On the «Summary of your selection» page on the left side you can see the options you have selected so far and check them before continuing. You will also find many options aimed at advanced users. Make sure the download method is set to «Download and convert to ISO» and uncheck all the boxes in Conversion Options.
  • Finally click on “Create download package”.
  • A small ZIP file containing all the necessary files will then be downloaded.

Convert the downloaded file to ISO image

  • Extract the Zip file on your PC and open the folder, you will find three files with the prefix “uup_download_”.
  • If you are using Windows, open the file “uup_download-windows”, if you are on a Mac open “_macos”, if it is Linux “_linux”.
  • For this guide we are using Windows, so we will open the file “_windows”. A terminal window will open and after a few seconds you will see the progress of the download.
  • After the download is complete the console goes on a blue screen and do a process. Once finished, press “0” to exit the console window. When you open the extracted folder you will find the downloaded ISO.
  • If you get download errors reopen the “uup_download-windows” file. The download system is smart to know what you downloaded and what you didn’t. Open the file as many times as necessary until the blue screen process.

And that’s it, you’ll have your Windows 11 ISO to install on any PC and you’ll be able to use this trick to install Windows 11 even if you don’t have a TPM chip.
