After this you must enable the Sharing option and you must also give it a name, you must also enable the option Enable file and printer sharing. Now to be able to access a printer that is shared. You will go to Windows File Explorer and click on the Network option.

This action will allow computers that are connected to your local network to be located, now you are going to double click on PC with Windows. To see the printer you share with your team, now select the printer and click so you can add and configure it. You must install Apple Bonjour Print Services for Windows if you shared the printer from a Mac.

For these types of systems that Apple uses, there is no way for you to share a printer like you do in Windows. Once this is done, we make a clip on the Printers and scanners option, now you must select the printer you want to share. And you are going to click on the Share this printer on the network option box. In the Sharing Preferences button you must click and you also have to make sure that Printer Sharing is enabled.

Now so you can access a printer that is shared on MacOS, you must do the following. You must go to the Printers and scanners panel and click on the + button then select the Add printer or scanner option. You can add this option from the dialog box offered by other applications that allow the use of printers.
