When you're working with Word documents, you may occasionally encounter unwanted blank pages that seem impossible to delete. Whether they're at the end of the document or midway through, these blank pages can cause a lot of confusion and frustration. The first step is to identify what type of blank page you are dealing with. Blank pages in a Word document could be due to a variety of reasons such as an extra page break, a section break, or even a table at the end of the document.
If it is a page break causing the issue, you can easily remove it by placing your cursor directly before the page break and hitting backspace. If the blank page is due to a section break, however, you will need to show the formatting marks to delete it. You can do this by clicking on the 'Home' tab, followed by the 'Show/Hide' button.
