Finally, you'll set your Stand goal. This goal tracks the number of hours in which you stand and move for at least one minute. Adjust this goal to reflect how often you want to be reminded to stand throughout the day. After adjusting, hit "OK" to save your new goals.

Step 6: Sync Your Goals with Your Apple Watch
Your customized goals will automatically sync with your Apple Watch. It may take a few moments for the changes to reflect on your watch. Once synced, your Apple Watch will start tracking your activity based on these new goals.
