How To Change The Activity Level In Apple Watch
Step by Step Guide to Adjusting Your Activity Goals on Apple Watch
To adjust your activity goals on your Apple Watch, follow this step-by-step guide to tailor your fitness objectives to better suit your lifestyle and health ambitions.
1. Begin by pressing the Digital Crown on your Apple Watch to access the home screen.
2. Open the Activity app; its icon resembles three concentric rings in red, green, and blue.
3. Once the app is open, scroll down using the Digital Crown or your finger until you see the "Change Goals" option.
4. Tap on "Change Goals" to start adjusting your Move, Exercise, and Stand goals.
5. You will first see your daily Move goal, which is measured in calories. Use the plus (+) and minus (-) symbols to increase or decrease the calorie target, then press "Next".
6. Next, you'll set your Exercise goal, which is the amount of time you aim to exercise each day. This is measured in minutes. Again, use the plus and minus signs to adjust this number, and then select "Next".
7. Lastly, adjust your Stand goal, which is the number of hours you want to stand and move for at least one minute per hour. Adjust this figure with the plus and minus options, then tap on "OK" to confirm all your new activity goals.
8. Your Apple Watch will update to reflect these changes, and you can begin working towards your new targets immediately.
Remember that regularly reviewing and adjusting your goals can help keep you motivated and ensure that your activity levels are aligned with your current fitness abilities and aspirations.
