How To See YouTube Movies In Image In Photography On IPhone Or IPad

Step by Step Guide: Viewing YouTube Movies in Picture in Picture Mode on iPhone and iPad

Step 1: Open the YouTube app on your iPhone or iPad. Navigate to the movie you wish to watch.

Step 2: Start playing the movie. While it's playing, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the Control Center. If you're using an iPhone X or later, or an iPad with iOS 12 or later, swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen.

Step 3: In the Control Center, tap on the "Screen Mirroring" option. This will open a list of available devices to mirror your screen.

Step 4: From the list of devices, select your Apple TV or any other device that supports AirPlay. Your iPhone or iPad screen, including the YouTube movie, will now be mirrored on your TV.

Step 5: Now, go back to the YouTube app on your iPhone or iPad. You'll notice that the movie is still playing in full screen. Tap on the movie to bring up the playback controls.

Step 6: At the top of the screen, you'll see an icon that looks like a rectangle with an arrow pointing inward. This is the "Picture in Picture" mode button. Tap on it.

Step 7: The YouTube movie will now shrink down to a small window, and you can continue using other apps while watching the movie. You can move the Picture in Picture window around the screen by dragging it, or resize it by pinching it with two fingers.

Note: Picture in Picture mode is only available on iPhones running iOS 14 or later, and iPads running iOS 13 or later. If you don't see the Picture in Picture mode button, make sure your device is updated to the latest version of iOS.
