Step by Step Guide: Recording Calls on Your iPhone

Recording calls on your iPhone can be a useful feature for various reasons. Whether you want to keep a record of important conversations or simply have a reference for later, the ability to record calls can come in handy. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to record calls on your iPhone.

Step 1: First, make sure that your iPhone is running on iOS 14 or later. This feature is only available on newer versions of iOS.

Step 2: Open the Settings app on your iPhone and scroll down until you find the "Control Center" option. Tap on it.

Step 3: In the Control Center settings, look for the "More Controls" section. Here, you will see a list of additional controls that you can add to your Control Center. Find the "Screen Recording" option and tap on the green plus icon next to it to add it to your Control Center.

Step 4: Now, go back to your home screen and swipe down from the top-right corner (or swipe up from the bottom, depending on your iPhone model) to access the Control Center.

Step 5: In the Control Center, you will see a new icon that looks like a circle inside a circle. This is the Screen Recording icon. Tap on it to start recording.

Step 6: Before you start recording, you can customize some settings. To do this, press and hold the Screen Recording icon until a menu pops up. Here, you can choose whether to record audio from your microphone or not. If you want to record both sides of the conversation, make sure the microphone is turned on.

Step 7: Once you have customized your settings, tap on the "Start Recording" button. A three-second countdown will appear, indicating that the recording is about to start.

Step 8: Now, make a call as you normally would. During the call, a red bar will appear at the top of your screen, indicating that the call is being recorded.

Step 9: When you want to stop recording, simply tap on the red bar at the top of your screen and confirm by tapping "Stop."

Step 10: The recorded call will be saved to your Photos app. You can access it by opening the Photos app and going to the "Recents" album.
