1. Place your two HomePods in the desired location within the same room. For optimal sound, they should be about six to ten feet apart.
2. Open the Home app on your iPhone or iPad.
3. Locate one of the HomePods you want to use in the stereo pair within the Home app. Press and hold its icon.
4. Scroll down and tap on the Settings gear icon.
